1. Program Description

IntelliPlan may send informational SMS and email messages to consumers who submit a website form and provide consent to receive communications.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Requests for financial or tax documentation

  • Tax seminar registration confirmations and logistical updates

  • Customer support communications

  • Responses to consumer inquiries

IntelliPlan does not send SMS messages for advertising, telemarketing, promotional marketing, lead generation, or sales solicitation purposes.

Message frequency varies based on account activity and requested services but generally will not exceed two messages per week.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number through an IntelliPlan website form and affirmatively consenting to receive SMS communications, you authorize IntelliPlan to send informational and customer care text messages to your mobile number.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchase or services.

3. Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

  • STOP

  • END

  • CANCEL

  • UNSUBSCRIBE

  • QUIT

After you send an opt-out request, IntelliPlan may send one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional SMS messages unless you opt in again through an IntelliPlan website form.

4. Rejoining the SMS Program

If you previously opted out and wish to resume SMS communications, you may submit a new website form and provide consent again.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, account activity, appointments, and requested services.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
